Tarot Reading Policy
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your reading and secure your scheduled time.
No-Show Policy
No-shows and non-cancellations will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
This includes failure to attend the appointment or failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.
• We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the start of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
• Rescheduling requests made within this window may not be honored and may be treated as a no-show.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 24 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 1 hour or more before the appointment will receive a partial refund of 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
• All no-shows will forfeit the full deposit.
Reader Cancellation
For any reason (including illness or personal matters), if I am unable to complete your reading, you will receive a full and complete refund.
You will then need to re-book through the online scheduling system at your convenience.
Special Events & Expos
Cancellation and refund policies do not apply to special events, expos, or pop-up schedules. All bookings for these events are final unless otherwise stated.
